I only collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

 

I do not collect or store any other personal or sensitive information.

 

Why I collect this information

I use your details only to:

  • Respond to enquiries
  • Contact you about appointments
  • Provide therapy services (online or in person)

 

I do not use your information for marketing.

 

How your information is stored

  • Your information is stored securely
  • Only I have access to it
  • It is not shared with anyone else

 

Online therapy

If we work together online:

  • Sessions are not recorded

     

  • The same confidentiality applies as with in-person sessions
  • You are encouraged to ensure you are in a private space during sessions

     

Confidentiality

I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework. Your contact details are treated as confidential.

I attend regular clinical supervision, but any discussion of my work is fully anonymised — no names or identifying details are shared.

Confidentiality could only be broken if required by law or if there were serious concerns about safety. Wherever possible, this would be discussed with you first.

 

How long your information is kept

Your information is kept only for as long as necessary and is securely deleted when no longer required.

 

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask to see the information I hold about you
  • Ask for corrections
  • Ask for your information to be deleted
  • Withdraw consent at any time
